AURFA-SFX Full Coilover Kits
The AURFA SFX series adopts height-adjustable single-tube gas-hydraulic design.
The greatest improvement is it separates the damper oil and nitrogen effect.
One of the defects of multiple-tube gas-hydraulic shock absorbers is it mixes
oil and nitrogen, and the pressure tends to be released unevenly which leads to
abrasion and deformation of the steel core that cause the leak of the damper
oil.
The AURFA SFX series damper adopts the design of 54mm
super-large diameter and is made of intensified aluminum alloy. It greatly
increases the volume of damper oil and provides excellent efficiency of heat
spreading, which avoids air bubbles and ensures stable quality of damper oil.
The shock absorber works well even when the car is being drove fiercely.Each
type of AURFA SFX series shock absorber is designed specifically for the car
type and. It has passed strict damper modulus test configuration, with. AURFA
SFX series coil spring configuration, the car turns smoothly at winding
courses. AURFA SFX series has high performance as a top-quality shock absorber.
As of safety, most original shock absorbers, designed for
providing comfort for passengers, are not capable of truly reflecting the road
situation, not to mention the G-force which dramatically increases when dodging

STEP 1
Lower the spring-seat and fixed-plate, make it has enough
space for the upper mount completely falls on the damper. Firmly fix
the upper mount to the damper.

STEP 2
Place the spring in between upper mount and spring-seat. Winding up the
spring-seat to make the spring disables moving up and down, but still can be
easily revolved.
If there is space remained between the spring and spring-seat,
it might cause scratching sounds during vehicle is moving.
If the spring-seatis over wound, it would make the spring
be in over-pressed status which can change the normal performance of the
spring, and cause uncomfortable bounces during vehicle is moving.

STEP 3
After make sure the postion of spring-seat, use the wrench firmly wind
the spring-seat and fixed-plate in opposite way.

STEP 4
Keeps a record of the length between upper mount and
spring-seat of the first assembled shock. The pair of corresponding〈front /
rear〉shocks should have the same setting.
|
 |
|
STEP 5
The distance between upper fixed-plate and lower
fixed-plate suggested remain 4-6cm ; and the main body of damper should be
wound into Lower Mount(bracket) at least 3cm.

STEP 6
During installing shocks, the nuts of Upper Mount need not to be
bolted to the bottom. After the whole installation process is done, and the
vehiecle is completely put down on the ground, bolt the nut at last.

STEP

Bolt the the Lower mount(bracket) by turns until nuts are firmly
wound.

Fix oil pipe , ABS pipe or other wire, make sure they will not be pulled by one
an other.

After put on wheels and put the
vehiecle on the ground, check the horizontal of vehiecle. (distance A=
distanceB as the graphic in the right)
Adjust the fixed-plate to the final position, Make sure there is no space
remain between fixed-plate and lower-Mount(bracket). Bolt the Upper-Mount to
the vehiecle at last.

STEP 9
After the whole installation process is done, you should do
the wheel Precision, ensure driving safety.
